CONCLUSION OF CONTRACTS
Rawblade S.L., which will be referred to as "we," "our," or "the company" from now on, retains the right to assert that prices have been incorrectly stated on the online company shop. A definitive and binding agreement between you and the company is reached only when the company accepts your order. Once we receive your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it, as well as an email confirming shipment once it is on its way. Please note that the immediate order receipt you receive after placing your order does not constitute an order confirmation. To make purchases on our website, www.rawbladestore.com, you must be 18 years old and possess a valid debit or credit card that is accepted. It is your sole responsibility to provide accurate information when using our webshop.
PRICES & PAYMENT
We offer payment in your currency using paypal, or in EUR on our website, depending on your location. The relevant product's applicable price on the date of placing the order is displayed on our online shop.
To ensure maximum security, we have taken all necessary measures to make our website and payment methods secure. Payment can be made via PayPal or with one of the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, Union Pay, or American Express. Bank transfers are not accepted as a form of payment.
Once we receive your order, we will process it and send you a confirmation email. Your credit card will be charged when we ship your order, and pre-orders will not be charged until the items are ready for shipping.
DELIVERY
All orders are carefully packed and shipped individually from our warehouse in Alcoy, Spain.
Our shipping partners, UPS, MRW, or GLS, handle the transportation of orders, and delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. We strive to prepare and dispatch orders within two business days, but unforeseen delays may occur. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery, which means that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Drop-off points.
IMPORT FEES & TAX
Import Fees and Value added tax is not covered by Larp Spot and needs to be paid by the receiver. This will mean that you will be contacted by customs. If you are in need of help with information handling the customs clearance or need expanded information about products then please do not hesitate to ask.
The company reserves the right to:
Dismiss orders placed in a country other than the destination country.
Not deliver any parcel without a signature from the receiver.
Merge shipments if two or more orders are made to the exact location. Please write in the comments section if you wish for the orders to be sent separately.
Cancel the payment and delivery of out-of-stock goods.
Ship orders through other worldwide distributors of the company product range. In such cases, we will contact the placeholder of the order before the order is shipped from the distributor.
Split an order into smaller orders and send different parts of the order from other distributors of the company product range.
Not accepting orders placed through our online shop.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from www.rawbladestore.com, we offer a refund within 30 days of receiving the product for any reason. The returned products should be in the same condition as when received. When returning a product, you are responsible for covering all shipping costs and sending it to one of the assigned warehouses listed below. Please note that you hold the responsibility of the product until we receive it, so we urge you to keep the shipping receipt as a reference. Once we receive the returned product and it passes inspection, you will receive a refund of your original purchase price to the PayPal account or credit card used for the original purchase.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We offer a two-year guarantee on our products, meaning that if you experience any defects in your product within this time frame, we will either repair or replace it. However, please note that this guarantee only covers defects that are a result of the original construction. Products that malfunction due to incorrect use or neglectful maintenance are not eligible for repair or replacement.
